AEROSERVE MEMBERSHIP SERVICE DISCLAIMER This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") governs the terms under which individuals ("Members") subscribe to and participate in the membership services provided by AeroServe ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the AeroServe membership program ("Membership" or "Service"), Members acknowledge and agree to the following: A GUARANTEE OF BENEFITS The Membership is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at its sole discretion. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AeroServe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Membership, including but not limited to its terms, conditions, benefits, pricing, and availability, at any time and without prior notice. Such modifications shall take effect immediately upon posting or notification to Members. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroServe, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by a Member or any third party arising from or in connection with the Membership, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. NO REFUNDS OR PRORATED CANCELLATIONS Unless expressly stated otherwise, Membership fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, Members shall not be entitled to a refund, partial reimbursement, or prorated adjustment of fees paid. AeroServe retains sole discretion in determining exceptions to this policy. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND AFFILIATIONS The Membership may include access to third-party services, offers, or benefits. AeroServe does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or policies. Any disputes or issues arising from such third-party interactions must be resolved directly between the Member and the third-party provider. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION This Disclaimer and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Californina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California unless otherwise required by applicable law. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT By enrolling in or continuing use of the Membership, Members affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Disclaimer.
